The Kano State Judiciary has dismissed reports claiming that a court recently sat in Kano and cleared former Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Murtala Sule Garo, describing the information as false.
The judiciary clarified to Arewa Updates that the circulating report relates to a different case from the previous year, not any recent court proceedings.
It further explained that the judges mentioned in the report are currently on vacation, making it impossible for such a court session to have taken place at this time.
The clarification comes amid widespread public attention and ongoing discussions surrounding legal and political developments in Kano State.
