Despite Purported Break-Up, Kwankwaso, Deputy Governor Felicitate Governor Abba Yusuf @63

Former Governor of Kano State and national leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a trusted ally and committed public servant.

Kwankwaso, in a message marking the birthday, reflected on the long years of shared political journey with Governor Yusuf, noting that the governor served in various strategic capacities during his administrations.

He recalled that Governor Yusuf first served as his Personal Assistant during his first tenure and time as Minister, later as Principal Private Assistant, and subsequently as Commissioner during his second tenure as governor, roles through which he contributed significantly to the vision and programmes we pursued for the development of Kano State.

According to Kwankwaso, the experiences gathered by Governor Yusuf over the years prepared him for leadership and informed his current role as governor of the state.

He prayed that the new year grants Governor Yusuf wisdom, good health, and clarity of purpose as he continues to steer the affairs of Kano State.

Similarly, the Deputy Governor of Kano State joined other well-wishers in celebrating Governor Yusuf, describing him as a focused leader with a strong commitment to the welfare of the people.

The Deputy Governor said Governor Yusuf’s leadership style reflects dedication, humility, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing the state, adding that his administration remains people-oriented and development-driven.

He prayed for God’s guidance, strength, and continued success for the governor as he leads Kano State toward greater progress.

Also, former Governor of Kano State and National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has congratulated Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on his 63rd birthday, wishing him good health and wisdom to continue serving the people of Kano State.

Ganduje, in his goodwill message, described the occasion as an opportunity to reflect on leadership and public service, expressing hope that the governor’s new year would be marked by peace, stability, and development for Kano State.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, who marks his birthday today, has received widespread goodwill messages from political leaders, associates, and residents of the state.
