Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf Governor was deeply saddened by the passing of Brigadier General Kabir Muhammad Galadanchi (Rtd), a distinguished son of Kano State and retired military officer who died yesterday following an illness.
This was made known in a condolence message issued by the governor’s Spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa in Kano, on Sunday.
The Governor described late Brigadier General Galadanchi as a true patriot who dedicated his life to serving Nigeria, showcasing exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to the nation’s progress.
He added late Brigadier General Galadanchi was a distinguished and revered military officer who throughout his career remained committed towards protection of the sovereignty and integrity of his fatherland.
On behalf of the Governmemt and good people of the state, the governor extended deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
He also fervently beseech Allahu (SWT), the most Exalted to grant his soul eternal rest and may he be among the dwellers of Aljannatul Firdausi; and give his family the fortitude to bear the loss and withstand the trying moment.
